Refund & Returns

We do not offer refunds on any custom items. (++See the cancellation section below for more on custom order cancellations).

We only allow refunds/returns/exchanges if notified within 10 business days after you have received your purchase. 

Should you have a problem with your product please contact us immediately. We will work with customers on a case-by-case basis. 

Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping. 

Cancellation

++Cancellation for custom orders must be received within 24 hrs of the order being placed. If a custom order is canceled within the stated timeframe, the customer’s deposit for the order will be returned. If canceled outside of the cancellation period the refund will not be returned.
